Media DID Verification

Verify the authenticity and integrity of Media DID documents. Media DIDs provide cryptographic proof of file integrity and technical metadata for uploaded content.

Verify Media DID

Enter a Media DID to verify its authenticity and view detailed file information. Media DIDs contain file hashes, technical metadata, and upload provenance.

Enter a Creator, Content, Media, or Split Sheet DID to verify its authenticity and view detailed information

🔍 How to Get Your DID

Understanding Media DID Verification

A Media DID provides cryptographic proof of file integrity and contains detailed technical metadata about uploaded media files.

📁 File Integrity Verification

  • SHA-256 Hash: Cryptographic fingerprint of the original file
  • File Size: Exact byte count for integrity verification
  • Upload Metadata: Session IDs, ETags, and storage locations
  • Timestamp Proof: When the file was uploaded and processed

🔧 Technical Metadata

  • Format Analysis: File type, codec, and container information
  • Quality Metrics: Bitrate, resolution, and audio properties
  • Tool Attribution: Which extraction tools were used
  • Processing History: Complete audit trail of file handling

🛡️ Anti-Tampering Protection

Media DIDs use cryptographic hashing to detect any changes to files after upload. Even a single bit change will result in a completely different hash, making tampering impossible to hide.
