Create Your Account
Set up your OCME Registry account with passwordless authentication
🔐 Passwordless & Secure
OCME Registry uses advanced passwordless authentication. You'll only need your email address - no passwords to remember or manage!
- 1 Visit the registration page: Go to beta.ocmeco.org/register
- 2 Enter your email address and basic creator information
- 3 Check your email for the secure login link (no password needed!)
- 4 Complete your profile with your creator name and bio
Upload Your First Content
Add your creative work to establish ownership and get your creator DID
📁 Supported Formats
Video: MP4, MOV (up to 10GB) • Audio: MP3, WAV, FLAC • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF
Our system automatically extracts metadata and creates a unique digital fingerprint for your content.
- 1 Go to the upload page: beta.ocmeco.org/upload
- 2 Drag and drop your file or click to browse and select
- 3 Wait for automatic analysis - we'll extract metadata and create a content fingerprint
- 4 Add content details like title, description, and collaborator information
- 5 Register your content to create permanent ownership records
Verify Your Creator Identity
Confirm your DID was created and test the verification system
🔍 What is a DID?
A Decentralized Identifier (DID) is your unique, permanent creator identity. It proves you created your content and can't be taken away by any platform.
- 1 Check your dashboard for your newly created Creator DID
- 2 Copy your Creator DID (it looks like: did:webvh:did.ocmeregistry.com:creator:your-name)
- 3 Test verification: Go to our verification tool and paste your DID
- 4 Confirm verification shows your identity and content as authentic
